How do I find a journal?

Answer

To find journals, you can either use the library's main menu to browse the full collection, or search for a journal by title from the library's home page. 

Using the Library Menu

Click on the “Journal List” button under the “Find Resources” to search for an online journal by title, subject or ISSN.

Searching Directly from the Library Homepage

You can also use the Journals Tab to filter your results from Steely’s Search Box.  

Go to nku.edu/library

Type journal title or keyword in Library Search Box. 

Select the "Journals" filter button above search field.

Press enter or click Search button.

Accessing the Journal

Click one of the “Full Text Access” links below the journal in search results. If you are off campus, you will be prompted to enter your NKU ID and password. Off-campus access is only available to NKU students, faculty and staff.
